Pick a time that works for you. You'll complete an intake questionnaire before we meet, to give you a chance to write down your health history and topics you'd like to discuss.

Everyone starts with a 60-minute initial consultation. I'm in‑network with Blue Cross Blue Shield CareFirst, and I'm happy to verify your benefits before we meet. If you're not in‑network with CareFirst, these are my cash rates: $150 for 60 minutes and $75 for 30 minutes.
